28th Awam Monlam Chenmo and 21 Taras Transmission 28th Awam Monlam Chenmo and 21 Taras Transmission on Dakini Day At this time, it is very important that we do Four Roots meditation every day. These Four Roots are: Guru is Guru Rinpoche and doing Secret Rigpa Guru Yoga Sadhana. Yidam is Dorje Gotrab and mantra of Dorje Gotrab. Dakini is 21 Taras. Dharmapala is King Gesar. I will give 21 Taras outer transmission on Dakini Day, 17 May at 7:00 am UK time. It is important that you have empowerment to do the meditation. If you don't have the empowerment, you do need the outer transmission of 21 Tara tantra. I will also teach mantra and mudra at that time. Then you will have outer transmission. When you have this outer transmission, it is important that you do this Dakini practice every day. This is very important. Old students understand this. It is important that I tell new students now. Daily practice is important so please don't forget. Then every day you will have better and better mental and physical health. It becomes very easy to do meditation. Then you will have a meaningful life. Everyone will have a meaningful life. Otherwise it is the opposite. When meditation isn’t done every day, it is being lazy. Only thinking ‘tomorrow, tomorrow’. Tomorrow doesn’t come. Then this Precious human life is wasted. So instead, do the online transmission of 21 Taras this Dakini Day and be disciplined to do the Four Roots meditation every day. Dear Dharma Students and Friends, Kalachakra Day Dear Dharma Students and Friends, Kalachakra Day - 27th Awam Monlam Chenmo - Padling Dzogchen Kalachakra Lung and Blessing We are pleased to inform that Rinpoche will be bestowing Padma Dragngag Lingpa's mind treasure Dzogchen Kalachakra Sadhana Lung and Blessing on Kalachakra Day, Duekhor Duchen, 7th May 2020, at 7:00am LIVE on Facebook from United Kingdom. Rinpoche will give a short teaching of this sadhana which is a mind terma revealed in the year 1937 by Terton Padma Dragngag Lingpa. Rinpoche will also explain on the meaning of the Kalachakra mantra. Kalachakra Mantra: ༀ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱིཿ་ཧ་ཀྵ་མ་ལ་ཝ་ར་ཡྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། 唵阿吽舍哈恰瑪拉哇惹也娑哈 OM AH HUNG HRI HA CHA MA LA WA RA YANG SOHA Actual empowerment is required for the main practice of this sadhana.
